At the Center for Business Transformation, we are dedicated to addressing the complexities of societal and technological shifts through collaborative research. Our interdisciplinary approach brings together experts from various fields to tackle the challenges posed by radical change. Currently, our activities are organized into three dynamic research groups:
This research group examines the evolving landscape of work from a scientific perspective, investigating how emerging work models, technologies, and organizational practices shape the future of work. The group focuses on evidence-based analysis of key developments including flexible work arrangements, transparency initiatives, and innovative work structures, studying their effects on employee outcomes, organizational performance, and workplace dynamics.

This research group focuses on advancing business research through three-dimensional, interactive spaces (3VIS), enabled by breakthroughs in extended reality (XR) technologies such as virtual, augmented, and mixed reality (VR, AR, MR). These immersive environments combine high external validity, similar to field research, with the controlled conditions of laboratory experiments.
