Simona Töpfer joins the Chair for Transformation of Work

We are happy to welcome Simona Töpfer as a new research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Chair for Transformation of Work 🎉

Simona completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Göttingen and recently finished her Master’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship at the University of Münster. During her studies, she gained international experience through semesters abroad in the United States and Sweden.

Alongside her studies, she co-founded the climate-tech startup SEADS. This experience shaped her interest in dynamic and agile teams and organizations navigating transformations. At the Chair for Transformation of Work, she now explores these topics through research, focusing on how teams adapt, collaborate, and make decisions in changing organizational environments.

We are excited to have her join the team and look forward to working together! 😊
