Organization of Examintations

The examinations offered by the School of Business and Economics are organised almost exclusively by the Examination Office. On this page you will find all information on the process of organising the audit.

Examination offer:

The examination offer will be announced by the examination office via the PAMBot, at the latest in the semester before the examinations take place. The examination offer includes the following information:

  • Name of the examination
  • Module assignment (assignment to several modules is possible)
  • First and second examiner
  • Type of examination
  • Duration of the examination

This information is requested, processed and published by the examination office at the chairs. A published audit offer must always be viewed with reservation.

Examination dates:

The examination dates will be announced by the examination office via the PAMBot, at the latest in the semester before the examinations take place. The timing of the announcement depends primarily on the available space capacities. In principle, no dates are set without the required examination rooms being available to the department. For the booking of the rooms, the university provides certain booking corridors, to which we align our time planning.

An earlier determination of the examination dates could lead to various changes in the scheduling without room reservation and would thus not guarantee the students any planning security.

Examination rooms:

The examination rooms or the assignment of students to the respective examination rooms will be announced by the Examination Office via the PAMBot after the end of the deregistration period.
