Founded in Cologne on the Rhine in 1927, the cooperative REWE Group is one of the leading retail and tourism groups in Germany and Europe. A total of around 330,000 colleagues work in 20 European countries. With over 15,000 stores, sales of over €52 billion were achieved in 2015.

The CfM cooperates with Rewe as part of the practical seminar on human resources management – case studies from corporate practice. During the seminar, Rewe describes to the students a current and specific company-specific challenge in human resources management at Rewe. Following this, the participants work in groups to develop a solution for this challenge. The results are presented and discussed with Rewe in a plenary session.
