BabyOne is a medium-sized family business founded in 1988 and headquartered in Münster. The company has over 1,200 employees and 27 franchisees and operates in over 100 markets in the DACH region.

The CfM cooperates with BabyOne as part of the practical seminar on human resource management – case studies from corporate practice. During the seminar, BabyOne describes a current and specific company-specific challenge in human resource management to the participants. Following this, the students work in groups to develop a solution to this challenge. The results are presented and discussed in a plenary session.
