Beschreibung

Today, business cooperations play a major and increasing role in almost every industry. Boundaries of firms are often no longer definite but become rather blurry. Managing these cooperations is a complex and challenging task, which has to consider all relevant influencing economic factors. The lecture is structured along the steps of a typical cooperation process. Along these steps, it will be investigated how successful and effective cooperation management has to be prepared, laid out and executed, which supplementing tools and methods can be used and what typical problems occur.

To deepen the discussed topics, the lecture is supplemented by various case studies and empirical information. The lecture will be given and examined in English.
