The evaluation coordinator is responsible for carrying out the evaluation (i.e. distributing and analysing the questionnaires, releasing and checking the results and – where necessary – taking appropriate action after making the requisite verifications). She is assisted by the Faculty’s evaluation committee, which is convened whenever circumstances warrant a meeting. Such is the case, for instance, when questionnaires have to be revised or when results look particularly suspicious and need to be discussed. The evaluation committee consists of three professors, a non-professorial academic staff member, and a student.
