The SBE aims to contribute to and to advance the economic, cultural, social, and ecological future of society. The members of the school pursue academic values in a culture of mutual respect, responsibility, openness for dialogue, integrity and expertise. At the University of Münster, the code of ethics "Rules of Good Scientific Practice" applies, which commits researchers to principles of scientific honesty and fairness. The Ethics Committee of the School of Business and Economics takes a position on the ethical acceptability of the goals and procedures of research projects at SBE.
