Papers accepted for presentation at the shadow2013 conference may be submitted for possible inclusion in a special issue. 

The special issue of the journal Economics of Governance  will be published on "The Shadow Economy, Tax Evasion and Governance". Further details are available from the Call for Papers, which you may download here. Note that the submission deadline is November 30, 2013, and that only papers meeting the requirements outlined in the call for papers should be submitted. Submission is directly through the homepage of the journal, as noted in the call for papers.

Moreover, there will be two reviews of submitted papers: The first will be carried out by Guest Editors of the Special Issue. Papers that pass this review enter the regular review process of the journal. Note that the final decision on acceptance of papers for publication is with the regular Editors of the journal.
