Peculiarities of Churchly Labour Law from an Economic and Business-ethical Point of View

Church employers discriminate against their employees and applicants according to characteristics that other employers are not allowed to and usually no longer want, because the churches are primarily harming themselves, while the persons discriminated against are meanwhile welcome elsewhere and find good work. For this reason, the churches should think about their own actions, but at least in their core area and when using their own funds, they should not be forced by the state.
