The University Future Act in North Rhine-Westphalia

The university future act replaced the university liberty act in North Rhine-Westphalia in October 2014. The new act highly limits the autonomy of universities and empowers the state, especially the ministry. This is shown at substantial changes of the university law of North Rhine-Westphalia.
