Dr. Heiko König
Dr. Heiko König was employed from May 2005 to December 2006 in the externally funded project "Work and Family". In 2007 he received his doctorate with his dissertation "Familienbewusste Personalpolitik in Unternehmen: Theoretische Ansätze und empirische Analysen“ (Family-conscious personnel policy in companies: Theoretical approaches and empirical analyses).
