Dr. Felix Hoch
Dr Felix Hoch was a research assistant and doctoral student at the Institute of Organisational Economics from April 2019 to September 2022. In Mai 2022 he received his doctorate with the best grade "summa cum laude". Since October 2022 he is an "Akademischer Rat" (comparable to an assistant professor) at the Chair for Transformation of Work of Prof. Dr. Julia Backmann at the University of Münster.
