How AI is revolutionizing hotel search at CHECK24: Develop your AI feature

In this workshop, we take a hands-on approach to exploring how AI can be effectively used in hotel search. Together, we analyze existing pain points, identify relevant use cases along the customer journey, and develop concrete AI features based on these insights. We will also take a focused look at AI features already implemented by CHECK24 along the booking process, as well as exciting solutions across the broader e-commerce landscape.

The focus is less on theory and more on practical product development:
Participants work in groups, design their own AI feature for hotel search based on identified pain points, and consider everything from user perspective and feasibility to business value.
