The Master of Science in Public Policy is an interdisciplinary master’s program with an emphasis on those areas of Economics research related to public administration and politics. The course program is aimed at students, who obtained a bachelor’s degree in Economics, but also at students of Political Sciences and Law with a solid background in Economics. The master's program extends over 4 semesters. Within the first year of study, students’ basic economic skills will be improved on an advanced level and (further) knowledge in the areas of political sciences and law will be acquired. During the third semester, only elective courses will be attended, which provides students with the possibility to spend one semester abroad. The fourth semester is reserved for project studies and the Master’s thesis.
