SBE Research Prize

Since 2023, the School of Business and Economics has been honouring professors with the SBE Research Prize for their outstanding work in research, thereby raising the profile of the first-class results achieved within the School. The award is presented annually, alternating between representatives from the disciplines of Business Administration, Economics and Information Systems.

The criteria for the prize include publications in highly reputable international journals, as well as the recognition of research achievements within the discipline, the originality of research methods, questions or findings, and the relevance of the research findings to addressing pressing issues in business and society.

An overview of the prize winners:

Being a faculty-awarded prize, the SBE Research Prize reflects a high level of recognition, appreciation, and collegiality within the School, which I truly value. This internal recognition of research also mirrors the growing respect for quality research. Such an award serves as motivation to continue producing innovative research.
