Nomination Information for Partner Universities

Exchange students from partner universities of the faculty are nominated for a stay at the University of Münster SBE via their home university’s international office.        

All nominations including student's name, email address, gender and level of study should be sent to:   admin.ess@uni-muenster.de . After the nomination, the International Office contacts the students and helps them through the subsequent procedure.  Please find all information on the process here (Website of our University's International Office).

Deadlines

 

Required Language Skills
We do not ask partner institutions to demonstrate their students' language proficiency levels in English and/or German. However, in order to follow classes properly, the level in German and/or English should be at least Level B2 according to CEFR, the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

 

After the successful application
Exchange students will be contacted by the International Office of the University of Münster with the information regarding enrollment, accommodation, living in Germany etc. Students will also receive an email from the Incoming-Coordinator of the School of Business and Economics with all the necessary information regarding their studies at the SBE including course lists, course selection, study plan etc.

 

Study Periods: One Semester, one Term or one Year
Exchange students can study at SBE for one semester or two semesters (one year) during the Winter semester (October - February) and/or Summer semester (April - August).

It is also possible to complete up to 30 ECTS in just one Term, as some of our courses are held in one Term of a semester only. Specifically, it is possible to only be attendant:
- in Term I of each winter semester: October - December;
- in Term II of each summer semester: June - August
