    Richard McFarland is a Professor of Marketing at ESSEC Business School. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing, Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA, University of Arizona, and a B.A. in Economics, University of California at Irvine. His research fields include sales management, professional selling, marketing channels, supply chain, influence tactics, emotional intelligence, fMRI, and trust. He has published many articles in leading journals and was the winner of the 2016 Stern Award for writing delivered by the American Marketing Association. While visiting Muenster, Richard McFarland will give a guest lecture in the sales management course of Professor Manfred Krafft and will be available for one-on-one sessions with doctoral students at the Marketing Center Muenster.
