    Prof. Krishna Reddy holds BA (Economics & Operations Research), MBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) and a Certificate in Return to Secondary Teaching from Massey University, Diploma in Applied Statistic and Data Processing from USP (Fiji) and a PhD from the University of Waikato.

    He has worked in banks in Fiji and New Zealand. Prof. Reddy has taught Bank Management at Massey University, Economics at International Pacific College, and Hospitality Accounting/Finance at Pacific International Hotel Management School. Prior to joining AIB, he has worked for the University of Waikato since 2009. He was the Course Convenor for Personal Wealth Management, Corporate Finance, Finance Theory and Corporate Policy, Corporate Restructuring and Governance, Issues in Corporate Finance, and Advanced Corporate Finance. In addition to teaching at the University of Waikato, he also provided various administrative support as: Chairperson of the Department of Finance, Academic Board member, Staff Representative to Management Group and being a PhD and Undergraduate Convenor.

    He has also been a member of board of trustees for several community based health-organisations in New Zealand. He enjoys Tae Kwon-Do and has been an Instructor as well.

    His research interests include corporate governance, corporate finance, CEO compensation, ownership structure, portfolio management, personal financial planning, mergers & acquisitions and small business finance.

    Prof. Reddy is Editorial Board member of the following journals: Australasian Accounting Business and Finance Journal, Journal of Finance and Management in Public Services, International Journal of Cooperative Studies, Meditari Accountancy Research, Emerald Emerging Markets Case Studies, and Ilorin Journal of Finance.
