Every year in mid-November, the Münster University Information Day (“Hochschultag Münster”) takes place. On this day, more than 10,000 prospective students visit participating universities across the city to get a first-hand impression of student life. The event welcomes both school groups accompanied by teachers and individuals exploring their own study options and questions about university life.

The University Information Day in Münster offers opportunities to attend information sessions on different subjects, sit in on real lectures and seminars, and gain insight into what it’s like to study in Münster. Conversations with lecturers, students, and academic advisors also provide a chance to ask individual questions.

This year, the School of Business & Economics is participating with a completely redesigned program. We invite prospective students to take part in an interactive journey through the business and economics degree programs — from the start of studies with orientation week and onboarding, to campus life in Münster, study abroad opportunities, practical experience, graduation, and career entry. A business simulation game offers direct insight into real-world practice.

For teachers, there will be sessions and exchanges on “Teaching with and about AI” as well as on “Financial Education.” Parents of students interested in studying business or economics are also invited to gain first-hand insights and ask questions.
