Starting the upcoming winter semester, the Chair of Organization, Human Resource Management and Innovation will offer a new course on organizational culture. The class will be taught in English and is directed at international exchange students in business and bachelor students in their last study year (BWL-Wahlpflichtmodul). Throughout the course, the students will gain insights into the topic of organizational culture from both a theoretical as well as a practical point of view.
