Chair Profile
The Chair of Monetary Economics was founded in 1974 at the University of Muenster. We are active in research and teaching in the fields of monetary theory and monetary policy. In addition to the Chairholder, Prof. Dr. Martin T. Bohl, five assistant lecturers and one secretary belong to the chair. They are supported by three research assistants.
The
chair covers economic courses at undergraduate and graduate level.
Our research focus lies on monetary theory, monetary policy and empirical finance. We aim to publish papers in international refereed A or B journals.
